In 1994 Parkway Consulting was created by Mike after being in 7 different technical and sales management roles with Zurich and its forebears. His values, beliefs and passion to always want to do the right thing and help clients in any way he can are why we are successful today.
Now active in the Warwickshire business community, Mike is excited by his role, especially when his specialist skills and knowledge help change and improve the lives of our clients.

He also loves the sight, sounds and smells of historic trains, planes and automobiles and often cheers on all sorts of motor sport events. He tries to understand the quirks and rules of Football, and Rugby and can be found exploring the Cotswolds at weekends seeking out villages and vistas which bring beauty and wonder to balance his busy week.

In 2023 Amy proudly became our Managing Partner. With a design background she uses her creativity to the fullest when managing the team and our business – constantly forward thinking to ensure we are always the best we can possibly be. Described as organised, conscientious, caring and kind. Amy’s strong values and morals drive her, and she has always worn a “happy to help badge” since the day she joined Parkway over 15 years ago.

A self-proclaimed chatter box means that Amy always has a story to share. Being the super proud mum that she is there is plenty to tell. Dance shows, theatre performances and a diary full of clubs – it keeps the “Mum taxi” busy. Calmness comes from cuddles from her two fluffy, four legged friends and a much-loved cup of Earl Grey at hand.

Adam is the ultimate people person; happiest when chatting to people and being fully qualified as one of our Mortgage & Protection Advisers, his day is filled with doing just that. Our clients love dealing with Adam, and the office benefits just as much – his big personality is infectious, and you can’t help but have a good day. As a Partner, Adam brings huge strength to our trio – balanced
views, valued opinions, and incredible support.

From a young age, motorsport has always been a real passion of Adam’s – watching touring cars, the whole build-up of the F1 weekends – and even considering becoming a driver himself. On the quieter side of things, Adam loves to cook, go to the gym and delves deep into the history of World
War II.

Details and processes are Graham through and through. His role definitely requires these skills, but it is also what he really enjoys. After 8 years at Parkway, Graham took the leap to become a fully qualified Wealth Adviser where his knowledge, experience and natural ability stand him good stead for the new chapter in his career.

Switching off from the financial world is where Graham explores his creative side. He has a real passion for art and creates striking ink illustrations; loves to play and compose music; and usually has a minimum of 4 books on the go! To add to the mix Graham is a lifelong CCFC fan and loves to wind down with family and friends in the country.

Bonnie joined the Parkway Family in 2022 after taking a break from the financial world to raise her family. Her desire to help people is evident, as are her skills and knowledge from being an Adviser for over 10 years. Values and morals are important to her, as is ensuring Clients are in the best financial shape they can be.

To know Bonnie better all you need to do is talk about Only Fools and Horses – she has a real love of British comedy, with The Royale Family and Gavin & Stacey being two more of her favourites. Being a busy and super organised Mum there are always weekends away and holidays booked in – with the best bargain deals you have ever seen!

Colette joins us an experienced Administrator, with a great eye for detail, methodical way of working and has the same care and values shared with Parkway. Having a role that is varied and complex we are fortunate that Colette has great patience and a keenness to help the Team as well as our Clients.

Described as caring, outgoing compassionate and a real gentle soul – Colette has an enthusiastic outlook on life. A devoted mother and having a deep love for animals.

Away from the office Colette unwinds on walks with her dog Freddie and going on much loved day trips with her daughter – trips to the theatre, days out shopping or a well-deserved pamper at the spa. Also a real fan of old time classic 80’s movies – sitting down and enjoying them for the 100th time! But which one is her favourite…?

Having many years of experience across financial services, Shauna has a real knack for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Always approachable, organised, and ready to lend a hand. Taking real enjoyment in supporting colleagues and clients alike and making everyone’s day a little easier.

Outside of work, Shauna enjoys good food, loves holidays, and quality time with family and friends. Home life revolves around two much-loved sausage dogs — one of whom is cheekily named after RuPaul Charles! Iced lattes are a daily essential, completely non-negotiable, and usually involved in most plans
